I think that one would not be well advised to add details to the introduction of an article. Such details belong in the body of the essay; they need not clutter the lead section. Moreover, the idea that witches were executed in Nor Loch is inaccurate. Nor Loch was used for ducking, never for execution. Moreover, the theory that James I used his anti-witchcraft efforts to control unemployment seems rather far-fetched. If you would be good enough to provide a reliable reference for this information, I shall of course not object to its inclusion.
