[edit]Wondering how to edit this U.S. County Entry?
The WikiProject U.S. Counties standards might help.
The changes I've made to this page are to correct factual errors. James B. McCarthy was the third county executive, not the "original." He retired on June 30, 2007. He did not resign under pressure, as suggested by a previous editor's changes. Finally, the purpose of this page is to describe the people, culture, places and government of Summit County, Ohio. It is not a free space to advertise political candidates. Rohkeus (talk) 22:14, 3 January 2008 (UTC) Rohkeus (talk) 21:41, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
- Emphasis was meant to be on the facts of the election, not to serve as an advertisement. BTW, in addition to this section, the government area could use a little info on the county council. 130.101.100.106 (talk) 15:12, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
