I object to this part. It is not a neutral view. I propose the following modification. This debate is highly controversial as demonstrated by the famous scopes trial for inclusion of creationism in to public schools, a majority of scientists do not consider the debate a scientific proposal but a religious doctrine therefore outside the scientific Method.
