Talk:Surrogate mother
There is a proposal to merge this with Surrogacy. There's one good reason for this, namely that 'Surrogate mother' can also mean a 'post with a nipple' that one could use to feed a chimpansee (or whatever) for lack of a mother. Or as an experiment - it turns out that when that baby grows up and gets a baby of its own, it lacks all maternal instincts. I don't know if this is a wide enough subject for a separate article, but at least there should be room for it, so I'd say merge and at least start a stub here. Or is there another word for this phenomenon? DirkvdM 13:09, 11 November 2005 (UTC)
Suport The idea fully. This article ( in 17/01/06 ) has only to things that Surrogacy doesn't: Baby M and the fees ( and i am not sure of the need for the latter )
Don't know exacly how this works ... I sugest that, if no one speaks against it till the end of Jan/06, the article be moved
Good ending
[edit]Had to mend the "good end", but just changed it in shape not in content
Btw, we'd need some kind of source for that claim that "it usually ends well"
---- Just got that info from the Surrogacy article
Merged
[edit]I merged the material herre (and redirected the article) to Surrogacy. RJFJR 01:41, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
