This article is short and looks like a good candidate for Wiktionary, no?
- Couldn't all types of subpoena be brought under one heading? Any disagreement about making this, unedited, a subsection of Subpoena? --Wetman 22:22, 11 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- I'd agree to a merge with subpoena, as long as, once it is done, this page becomes a redirect. It would also make a good Wiktionary definition.
- Why not both, then? --Wetman 04:53, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
Shouldn't it read subpoena deuces tecum (dEuces!)???
Is this supposed to provide a world-wide view, or just be about American procedure? The lede suggests that the ambition is that this be world-wide, but then the body is purely American. Lawdroid (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 14:39, 8 December 2012 (UTC)
