Fair use rationale for Image:PrettyFlyCover.jpg

Image:PrettyFlyCover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Final year of the millennium?

Hate to nit pick, but 1999 wasn't the final year of the 2nd millennium A.D.! And generally that's the millennium the phrase "the millennium" refers to... ;)

Was this an oversight? Should I fix it? --Ecksemmess (talk) 08:33, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

need to remove it as it is incorrect to say its the last of the millennium, 2000 was the last year. Pro66 (talk) 19:51, 17 July 2008 (UTC)

What happened to the charts?

The article 1999 in British music was covered in tags, chiefly because the content was non-standard and read something like an essay. As with some of the other Year in British music articles that were created/expanded by the same over-enthusiastic editor, I've removed the content that specifically relates to the charts and placed it in a separate article 1999 in British music charts, so as to make this article more useable.
