Toronto police conflicts
[edit]I'm not a confident enough writer to directly edit the wiki page but there are a few things I would like to see added. Also don't know the facts well enough.
On May 2008 CM took over the QEW and one man was arrested http://torontoist.com/2008/05/critical_mass_takes_over_the_gardiner.php
In June 2008 there was a fullout police escort that occured, many many many bike cops, a paddy wagon, and several cars. The police condoned the event, corked for the event and were even seen cheering and getting along.
In August 2008 many people received tickets for not having lights and bells.
In September 2008 several people were ticketed and one man arrested.

Section about Nepal under "critical manners" needs editing
[edit]In Kathmandu, Nepal, it has been organised since April 2013. In general cyclists gather at Kathmandu Durbar Square, Basantapur and ride round the city before grouping together again. Sometimes there are people organizing awareness programmes in this gathering. People who really love cycling and feel awareness about own health, environment they doing Critical Mass Gathering even after the heavy Nepal Earthquake 2015 with slogan "Quake or Shake, Sunny or Rainy, we have to flow with time for next smile..."
In Nepalgunj, Nepal, it also started at least to show publicly cycle rider also has rights to use road as other vehicles. As for symbolically they organizing to covered certain area in Dhamboji chowk as "Street smarts" of local road for at least 5minutes.
This section reads like it's been translated poorly from another language. Not going to make line edits since it doesn't cite any sources so don't know if it's actually true or relevant. Should this be removed? I am new to Wikipedia editing, just noticed the rest of the article is clearly researched and polished but this particular section is not.
