Text and/or other creative content from Carrera Panamericana Mexico was copied or moved into Carrera Panamericana on 24 July 2007. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists.

New Carrera Panamericana

Edit: Updated

I've updated the article comprehensively using the official site, reference books and a copy of 'evo' magazine. If anyone can confirm the start and end points of the original race please add these, not speaking Spanish hinders me as the English version of the site seems less comprehensive.
