I'm not sure. My inclination is to get rid of it but there are some articles , like Ivan Noble, that might be listed under Category:Cancer but seem a little odd under Category:Oncology. The entire palliative side of cancer isn't really oncology as are any cultural aspects of it. On the other hand, there is only one article here which seems to fit that.
