[edit]Anybody please edit this page, this is done from such a HUGE seperatist perspective that its disgusting. Nothing about Bernard Landry's blunders during the campaign, nothing about the PQ's cut backs or the loss in interest and support for seperation or another referendum among the people of Quebec. It's like reading the PQ's official view of what happened.
- I concur, although I think it is not as bad as it used to be. I have done a thorough copyedit to make it sound more English - the original was clearly written by a francophone. While the article is very extensive and a great contribution, it needed copyeidting. It still needs NPOVing and perhaps more content from someone who knows more about the election than I do. My major problem is the HUGE sovereingtist spin that this article was written from. It makes it look like Jean Charest was elected by default, it ignores the unpopular policies and cut backs of the PQ when they were in office and the unpopularity (before the sponsorship scandal broke anyway) of a referendum and the sovereignty option. Every paragraph in this article is biased, if possible I think that a disclaimer should be put up alerting readers that this article is not nuetral in any way.
I'll give it a spin, make it more readable. Habsfannova 06:32, 18 July 2005 (UTC)
Also, apart from the elction results, there is a complete lack of sources. Patrick 5 June 2012 (UTC).
PQ Leader
[edit]Someone put down that André Boisclair lead the PQ in this election, when in fact it was Bernard Landry who lead the PQ in the 2003 election. André Boisclair didn't take over the party until 2005.
I have changed it back to show that Bernard Landry lead the party into the 2003 election.
Fair use rationale for Image:Parti libéral du Québec 2003 logo.png
[edit]Image:Parti libéral du Québec 2003 logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Image copyright problem with Image:UFP symbol.jpg
[edit]The image Image:UFP symbol.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.
